🏠 The House
How many guests can Rium accommodate?
Up to 5 guests. Two bedrooms: one double, one with a double bed and a single (perfect for 3+2, 4+1 or 2+2+1).
How many bathrooms are there?
One full bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. No bathtub.
Is there air conditioning?
No. At 1,000 metres altitude, nights are always cool: AC isn't needed. Heating is via pellet stove and radiators.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, in the utility room.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes: oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, Moka pot, kettle and basic condiments.
Is there a balcony?
Yes, with Dolomites views and outdoor furniture. One of the highlights of staying at Rium.
💰 Prices & What's Included
What's included in the price?
Wi-Fi, pellet stove fuel, parking, welcome kit (prosecco + local products), and final cleaning.
Are there extra costs?
Tourist tax approx. €1.50/person/day, paid locally. No other mandatory extras.
What's the minimum stay?
2 nights for all periods.
📋 Check-in / Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
How does self check-in work?
Via key lockbox at the entrance. Access code sent 24 hours before arrival via WhatsApp.
Is there flexibility on times?
We try to accommodate within reason. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
🐾 Pets & Accessibility
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we don't accept pets.
Is the apartment accessible for reduced mobility?
The apartment is on the first floor with stairs (no lift). Not suitable for wheelchairs.
🚗 Getting There
Do I need a car?
Strongly recommended. Sottocastello is a small village: you need a car to reach Cortina, Tre Cime, restaurants and supermarkets.
Which airports are closest?
Venice Marco Polo (VCE) ~2h · Treviso (TSF) ~1h 45min · Innsbruck (INN) ~1h 30min.
💳 Booking & Cancellation
How can I book?
Directly via WhatsApp or the availability form on the site. We reply within 24 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer or PayPal. 30% deposit to confirm the booking, balance due 7 days before arrival.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before. 50% retained within 14 days. 100% retained within 7 days.
