Check-in is self-service and digital. A few days before arrival you receive your personal Chekin link via WhatsApp: identify documents online, register your stay and pay the tourist tax. On arrival, access the apartment independently using the instructions sent to you.

A few days before arrival you receive via WhatsApp your personal Chekin link for digital check-in. No forms to download, no emails to manage: just one secure link designed for your stay.

Verify and register

Complete the online check-in with secure identity verification for all guests. Chekin automatically handles registration with the Italian Police "Alloggiati Web" and ISTAT Ross1000. All in a few minutes, from your sofa at home.

Arrive and access

Once check-in is complete you receive instructions for self-access to the apartment. Arrive when you want, no waiting for anyone: keys always available, no waiting, no stress.

Tourist tax

How the Pieve di Cadore tourist tax works

💶Amount: 1.50 euros per person per night, maximum 5 consecutive nights (nights after the fifth are free)
👶Exemptions: children under 14 are exempt from payment; the registration obligation remains for everyone, including minors
🤖Automatic calculation: Chekin automatically calculates the amount due based on number of guests, nights and exemptions indicated
🏦Payment: by bank transfer before arrival. Bank details and the correct reference are sent via WhatsApp together with the Chekin link
✅Confirmation: once the transfer is made, just send us the receipt on WhatsApp. Document verification takes place directly within the Chekin check-in.

⚠️ Apartment access instructions are only sent after we receive payment confirmation. We ask you to complete these steps in advance of your check-in time.

No smokingSmoking is forbidden inside the apartment. It is allowed on the balcony.

Lights and windowsSwitch off lights and close windows when leaving the apartment.

WasteTake out the rubbish before leaving the apartment. The bins are 4 minutes on foot: the map is in the house information sheet.

DishesWash and put away the dishes used during your stay before departure.
